It indicates that the toner cartridge is locked up and it’s not rotating.That is, there is a motor operating for the four cartridges ( Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black) on a copier. This error can occur if any of the cartridges are tight, damaged or have any kind of rotating problem.

Solution for the error C-7001 on Kyocera Taskalfa 4052ci

This error will occur if you are using a compatible Toner on your copier. So, always use original toner on your machine.

Replace the toner cartridge
- Black, Cyan, Yellow, Magenta If any of these cartridges are low or have any complaints, your machine may have this error. So, check the cartridges by replacing each cartridge.
Check the Toner container motor
- If the toner container motor does not work, the cartridge will not work. So you need to enter service mode and check it to know if it works or not.
