The error code C5101 in Kyocera taskalfa 2551ci stands for charge roller error.This is known as main high voltage power supply output error or Drum charge corona wire error.  However, this can happen for a number of reasons.  Mainly, this error occurs when the charge in the drum unit’s primary charge roller leaks or does not receive enough charge.  Basically, error code C5101 indicates a problem with the black charge roller.

This error also appears on the machine if there is any problem with the power supply or high voltage in the copier.  That is, the C5101 error occurs if the high-voltage wiring is disconnected or the high-voltage power supply is damaged.
